The Chairman and the CEO of the Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan made a trip to United Arab Emirates, Dubai for further discussions of the development of cricket in Uzbekistan and its membership to ACC and ICC.
On November 11, 2020, Aziz G. Mihliev met with the Executive Board of the Asian Cricket Council. The minutes of the meeting was dedicated to the steps and requirements of becoming a member of the Asian Cricket Council.
The discussions were between Sultan Rana, Thusith Perera, Esha Chatterjee, and Aziz G. Mihliev.
“We had a very positive discussion with the ACC management. Our application for ACC membership is welcomed warmly. CFU is expecting on-field inspection of ACC management at the beginning of 2021 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan” – says Aziz G. Mihliev.
